• Precise casting process control of the alloy chemistry, mold fabrication, melt temperature, and pouring method.

• A comprehensive inspection plan in production:
  • Checking critical dimensions and surface finish/appearance.
  • Brinell Hardness on sample castings.
  • Magnetic particle evaluation (ASTM E709).
  • Ultrasonic testing.
