Tuesday, 6/3/14 - Eagle Alloy Conference Room - 8:30am - Human Resource Group meeting
  • Rob Dubault, Law Firm of Warner Norcross & Judd, Update of recent developments/pending legislation.
  • Mitzi Taylor, Overview on communication in the workplace, specifically she will talk about DISC profiling and how a leaders personality profile affects how they deal with employees based those employees personality.
  • Roundtable discussion on hot HR topics, the human resource department is faced with an ever changing landscape, awareness and networking will keep everyone ahead.
  • SFSA - Update on Artisan Program

We are planning on a presentation from each represented facility at the meeting of what their safety program is and then to follow this with a group discussion. Please email your safety program to Lisa Price, Human Resources Manager, Eagle Alloy at lprice@eaglealloy.com for accumulation prior to the meeting.
11:00am Joint meeting with North Central T&O Group, U.S. Congressman Bill Huizenga
U.S. Rep. Bill Huizenga of the 2nd District of Michigan. Congressman Huizenga has been a knowledgeable supporter of our industry and of manufacturing. We request that all attendees for both our Safety/HR and our NC Division meeting plan to attend this session - we need your support.
