| The lost
foam process has the capability to produce the floatwall panels in the size and number
required and has an advantage in not requiring a dewaxing step. But the lost foam casting process does not have the capability to:
- Produce the thin walls or fine pins of
the panels
- Meet the desired tolerance for the
threads and flanges on the mounting studs.
